ChairSync helps student teams and partners coordinate shared schedules, bookings, materials, partner changes, and reference schedule PDFs.

Information We Collect

ChairSync may collect account information such as your email address, display name, user ID, and authentication details. The app also stores the content you choose to enter, including semester plans, booking times, contact names or labels, activity categories, team notes, materials, and uploaded reference schedule PDFs.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, ChairSync stores a device push token so booking notifications can be delivered outside the app.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app functionality, sync your workspace, display schedules and bookings, save settings, store uploaded PDFs, and send booking notifications. ChairSync does not sell personal information and does not use your data for advertising tracking.

Third-Party Services

ChairSync uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and sync. ChairSync uses Expo notification services and Apple Push Notification service to deliver out-of-app notifications.

Content Guidance

ChairSync is a general scheduling and coordination tool. Only enter details needed for planning. Do not enter sensitive or regulated personal information.

Data Retention

Workspace data is kept while your account or workspace remains active. Locally uploaded PDFs may remain on your device until you delete them from the app or remove the app.
